A modern family retreat with mid-century soul

After years in a townhome, our clients—a busy couple balancing careers and travel—were ready to build their forever home. With an 8-year-old son, pup, and plans to move-in extended family, they wanted to create a home that seamlessly balanced relaxation, family, and fun. Our job was to take the blank canvas of their new build and bring in the layers with furnishings. 

Our clients shared our love for organic materials and mid-century lines, so we balanced the contemporary architecture with walnut, marble, and rich textures to bring warmth and depth to each space. We opted for sculptural lighting to not only illuminate the space, but enhance the atmosphere and add to the vibe. The result is a home that feels effortless, warm and inviting for the whole family.
