A blank canvas becomes a mid-century haven

Built in 1925, this row home had seen better days, leaving us with a blank canvas to reimagine. With extensive work needed, we tackled a full renovation of key living areas, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, and primary bath. 

Inspired by mid-century Los Angeles, we blended contemporary style with the house's original charm. The redesign features a vibrant, open-concept layout, infused with rich hues and whimsical lighting. What was once in disrepair was transformed into a modern oasis for a lovely family of four and their two Aussie shepherds—a perfect place to make memories for many years to come.
